WHERE WE SHIP

We ship just within the continental US (and Hawaii), but hope to ship to more places soon!

SHIPPING RATES, CARRIERS + TIMELINES

Orders placed by 12pm EST will ship out same day and will follow the below schedule. Orders placed over the weekend will ship out the following business day (excluding holidays). Please note, due to the impacts of COVID, the US Postal Service is advising that some packages may experience delays above and beyond stated expected arrival timelines.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your orders ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking info to update. 

PROMOTIONS

Promotions are one time use and cannot be combined with other offers, unless otherwise indicated. 

 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES POLICY

  1. To qualify for a refund, your return must be made within 30 Days of the fulfillment date. Return attempts after this 30 day period will not be accepted.
  2. If you opt to use our pre-paid return label, the shipping cost will be deducted from your return.
  3. All Sale Items are Final Sale.
  4. Items must have all tags attached and in its original packaging.
  5. Items must not be worn, altered, washed and free of any make-up, stains, spray tan residue, pet hair or floor debris.
  6. Items returned in poor condition will be returned to the customer.
  7. We currently do not offer exchanges.

 

For refund requests, please allow 1-2 weeks to be refunded back to your original form of payment.
