Shipping FAQ


We ship just within the continental US (and Hawaii), but hope to ship to more places soon!


Orders placed by 12pm EST will ship out same day and will follow the below schedule. Orders placed over the weekend will ship out the following business day (excluding holidays). Please note, due to the impacts of COVID, the US Postal Service is advising that some packages may experience delays above and beyond stated expected arrival timelines.

Once your orders ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking info to update. 


Promotions are one time use and cannot be combined with other offers, unless otherwise indicated. 



  1. To qualify for a refund, your return must be made within 21 Days of the fulfillment date. Return attempts after this 21 day period will not be accepted.
  2. A $10 shipping cost will be deducted from your return.
  3. All Sale Items are Final Sale.
  4. Items must have all tags attached and in its original packaging.
  5. Items must not be worn, altered, washed and free of any make-up, stains, spray tan residue, pet hair or floor debris.
  6. Items returned in poor condition will not be refunded to the customer.
  7. We now are able to offer exchanges! Please follow the return prompts to select a return reason, and you will be able to select return or exchange at the end.  
  8. All items must be packed securely when shipped.  KADA is not responsible for any items that were damaged or lost in the returns shipping process. For any issues, please reach out to the carrier directly to file a claim.  

For refund requests, please allow 2 weeks from the return delivery date to be refunded back to your original form of payment .
